Privacy policy

This page says what the office learns when you use this website, what it does with that, and how you can ask us to stop.

What we receive

If you send the contact form, we receive the details you type, such as your name, email address, phone number and a few lines about your notice. The site also records ordinary visit information, like which pages were opened and what kind of device was used.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and, if you hire us, to work on your matter. We don’t sell it and we don’t share it with advertisers.

Who else handles it

Our website host and email provider store messages on our behalf. They may use the information only to run those services.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don’t become clients are deleted after a reasonable period. A client’s file is kept as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, by writing to hello@tavernierhollowell.com or calling (772) 555-0148.
