Oriel Tavernier
Founding attorney
Reads the whole declaration, then tells you what it says.
Oriel Tavernier started this office after years of watching ordinary owners lose ground to letters they were too frightened to question. She still reads each client’s declaration herself, start to finish, because the answer is often in a clause nobody quoted.
She lives in a deed-restricted neighborhood on the river side of town, gardens badly, and has opinions about trash-can rules. Clients say she explains the board’s side as clearly as their own.
